A summer internship gives you the unique opportunity to get an inside view of our organization through rotations and real-world on-the-job learning opportunities. This experience will help you start building a solid foundation for your future professional development and help inform your longer-term career decisions. The program is a 10-week rotational internship designed for students who are looking to pursue a career as a credit analyst. Join us during the summer before your last year of university - you’ll not only have the opportunity to learn real work skills, but you’ll also learn about teamwork and responsibility in the corporate arena. Summer Analysts may be invited back to join Fitch's entry level Associate Analyst Program after graduation.
The Associate Analyst Program is a combination of structured training designed specifically to provide a broad analytical perspective and on-the-job learning experience. As an Associate Analyst, you’ll be assigned to a specific Fitch Ratings product group and provided roles and responsibilities that fully immerse you in the credit rating process.
Our analysts learn early in their careers what it is like to sit across the table from a Fortune 100 CEO, a Portfolio Manager or a Minister of Finance, and have their ideas heard. Collaboration is a vital part of the Fitch Ratings experience. Together with real-world opportunities to explore our business and develop your skills, you can expect to be exposed to the most senior leaders and take on responsibility early in your career.
The Associate Software Engineer Program is designed to develop your technical expertise to deliver world-class and innovative solutions to Fitch Ratings. As an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll understand what our business needs to operate more efficiently, and be an integral part of the team that builds the solutions.
The 12-month program will give candidates the extensive training they need to become a successful analyst within the CRIR team. Each AA will join a specific team to build up knowledge and expertise throughout the year. You may be placed within the following teams: Automotives, Country Risk, Commodities (Agribusiness/Mining/Metals), Consumer, Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, TMT, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, and Custom research teams.
The 2023 Fitch Solutions Graduate Program offers an ideal experience for recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a financial technology career and wish to work in a dynamic client-facing role. Selected participants can expect to receive exceptional in-depth training in a diverse peer environment built on inclusiveness, experiential learning, and development in the following areas:
