Fitch Credit Academy is our in-house training and certification program designed to expand knowledge, strengthen analytical skills and recognize professional development for Fitch analysts at every stage of their career.

Associate Analyst Program
The Associate Analyst Program is a combination of structured training designed specifically to provide a broad analytical perspective and on-the-job learning experience. As an Associate Analyst, you’ll be assigned to a specific Fitch Ratings product group and provided roles and responsibilities that fully immerse you in the credit rating process.
Our analysts learn early in their careers what it is like to sit across the table from a Fortune 100 CEO, a Portfolio Manager or a Minister of Finance, and have their ideas heard. Collaboration is a vital part of the Fitch Ratings experience. Together with real-world opportunities to explore our business and develop your skills, you can expect to be exposed to the most senior leaders and take on responsibility early in your career.
NeXT Program
The NEXT Program is a 12‑month rotational experience designed to accelerate the careers of emerging technology talent within the Technology & Data Organization. Participants begin with an immersive onboarding before moving through three four‑month rotations that provide hands‑on experience across multiple technical disciplines.
Country Risk & Industry Research Associate Analyst
The 12-month program will give candidates the extensive training they need to become a successful analyst within the CRIR team. Each AA will join a specific team to build up knowledge and expertise throughout the year. You may be placed within the following teams: Automotives, Country Risk, Commodities (Agribusiness/Mining/Metals), Consumer, Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, TMT, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, and Custom research teams.
The Fitch Solutions Commercial Graduate Program offers recent graduates an ideal experience to pursue a financial services career in a commercial or product management role while working in a dynamic client-facing environment.
- 12-month rotational program
- 3 rotations supporting commercial functions: Marketing & Sales, Client Services, and Customer Success
- Program curriculum includes on-the-job learning, online training, job shadowing, and instructor led courses
