At the conclusion of the program, you will have the technical expertise and business acumen to join one of Fitch’s development squads working on world-class and innovative technology solutions.

How is the program structured?

We are seeking new graduates who have the skills and passion to build great financial service applications and who have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree by Summer of ‘23 in engineering, math or science with a strong background in computer science
- An interest in growing their skill-set and gaining work experience in the technology industry
- A demonstrated academic track record of success and relevant course-work that aligns with the technology at Fitch
- Take a collaborative approach to getting work done paired with a high level of creativity, quick problem-solving capabilities, and out-of-the-box thinking.
