KICK START YOUR TECHNOLOGY CAREER AT FITCH:

We are seeking new graduates who have the skills and passion to build great financial service applications and who have:

  • Candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering or science disciplines with a background in computer information systems, software engineering or data
  • Must have graduation date between Summer 2025 – September 2026 with a 3.0 GPA
  • High levels of creativity, quick problem solving capabilities; out-of-the-box thinking
  • Knowledge of 1 or 2 programming languages such as C#, Java, Javascript, Python, etc.
  • Understanding of software design patterns, ML and cloud computing fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with Gen AI-assisted software development tools (Github, Co-Pilot, Cursor, Cody, etc.)
  • Proficiency in ML algorithms, such as multi-class classification, decision trees, support vector machines, and neural networks
