KICK START YOUR TECHNOLOGY CAREER AT FITCH:
We are seeking new graduates who have the skills and passion to build great financial service applications and who have:
- Candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering or science disciplines with a background in computer information systems, software engineering or data
- Must have graduation date between Summer 2025 – September 2026 with a 3.0 GPA
- High levels of creativity, quick problem solving capabilities; out-of-the-box thinking
- Knowledge of 1 or 2 programming languages such as C#, Java, Javascript, Python, etc.
- Understanding of software design patterns, ML and cloud computing fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI-assisted software development tools (Github, Co-Pilot, Cursor, Cody, etc.)
- Proficiency in ML algorithms, such as multi-class classification, decision trees, support vector machines, and neural networks
