Andy Jackson

Andy Jackson is Chief Human Resources Officer at Fitch Group. Mr. Jackson is responsible for the firm’s global People & Culture agenda, including worldwide Human Resources leadership as well as Corporate Social Responsibility and Enterprise & Strategy Communications.

Mr. Jackson, who is based in London, worked with Fitch as a consultant before joining the firm in 2007 as an HR Business Partner. Since joining Fitch, he has held HR leadership roles across EMEA and Asia Pacific before assuming his current role.

Mr. Jackson is a graduate of the University of London, where he earned a BA in English & Theatre, and the University of Westminster, where he earned a Master’s in Human Resource Management.
