Andy Jackson

Andy Jackson is Global Head of Human Resources at Fitch Group. Prior to assuming his current role in 2012, Mr. Jackson was Head of Human Resources for Europe and Asia Pacific. Mr. Jackson joined Fitch in 2007 as a recruitment specialist and subsequently worked as HR Business Partner to Corporates and Financial Institutions before his promotion to Head of Human Resources for EMEA and APAC in 2008. Prior to joining Fitch, Mr. Jackson was Head of Consulting at the Careers Group, specializing in career management and graduate recruitment and serving Fitch as one of his clients. Earlier he managed the Career Centre at the Cass Business School, City of London, and also worked as a recruitment consultant specializing in financial markets.

Mr. Jackson earned a BA in English & Theatre at the University of London and a Masters in Human Resource Management at the University of Westminster.
