Tracey Perini

Tracey Perini is Chief Financial Officer for Fitch Group. Ms. Perini is responsible for the firm’s worldwide Finance function, covering line of business financial planning & analysis (FP&A), enterprise-level budgeting, accounting and financial operations. She also oversees Business Services which includes Real estate, Procurement & Vendor Management along with Fitch Strategy and Global M&A and Ventures. She is Co-Executive Sponsor of the Fitch Woman's Network. Ms. Perini, who is based in New York, joined Fitch Group in March 2022 from Goldman Sachs, where during a 22-year career she held a variety of leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer of Operations and Chief of Staff to the Chief Administrative Officer. More recently Ms. Perini was responsible for the Chief Financial Officers of the Engineering, Control and Finance divisions, and led the Financial Planning and Analysis transformation and Spend Management functions.

Ms. Perini is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where she earned a BA in Accounting.
