Our Programs

We aim to build long-term partnerships and innovative programs to bring positive impact in communities around the world, particularly where our employees live and work.

We collaborate with organizations that ensure equitable access to education and employability. Alongside our charity partners, we work to enhance social mobility by unlocking the potential of individuals from low-income backgrounds

Fitch is committed to delivering 10,000 school bags by 2025 to support the education of children around the world. As of 2023, we have delivered 5,235 school bags to children with limited access to school supplies. Through our partnership with School in a Bag (SIAB) and other organizations worldwide, we have donated school bags filled with essential educational resources, opening up pathways to education.

VOLUNTEERING AND FUNDRAISING

We believe in the power of giving back. We actively encourage our employees to contribute their time, skills, and financial support to causes that create a positive impact in our communities.

How we support community engagement

  • Global Volunteer Week: We have a week dedicated to volunteerism, where employees come together to make a difference. In 2024, we had over 2,230 employees participating in various volunteer activities around the world.
  • New Joiner Reward: Colleagues who join Fitch can kickstart their journey with us by supporting a charity of their choice.
  • Matched Giving Program: Our employees can amplify their impact with dollar-for-dollar matched charitable donations.
  • Paid Volunteer Time: Every full-time employee is granted two days of paid time off each calendar year to volunteer for causes they are passionate about.
